From the moment I stepped inside, the atmosphere perfectly captured the serene and harmonious Zen-inspired Japanese aesthetic. Having visited Japan before, I initially approached this place with some hesitation, but I was immediately won over by the welcoming ambiance. The staff excel in greeting guests warmly and ensuring you feel comfortable and at ease. They thoughtfully guide you through every step of your chosen service and offer complimentary tea (the lemongrass blend is a standout!). There’s also an option for a complimentary foot soak if you arrive a bit early. Although I didn’t have time to enjoy it on this visit, the designated area looked incredibly tranquil and inviting. I opted for the Thermal Muscle Melt Massage, and it was, without question, the best massage I’ve ever had. My massage therapist was kind, attentive, and highly professional, ensuring my specific needs were addressed, including accommodating an injury with exceptional care. Post-massage, there’s a serene relaxation room where you can unwind, sip more tea, or simply enjoy the peaceful setting. It was such a great and relaxing experience getting my facial done here. I walked out with a bright and a shining face. Summer was very knowledgeable and recommended a few tips that I should do at home to keep my skin glowing. This was my first time here but not last!
We had such a lovely experience at Jalan Facial Spa! They were incredibly accommodating on short notice after some cancellations, and the atmosphere was relaxing from the moment we walked in. The staff is so kind and welcoming. Arriving early meant we could enjoy a calming foot soak and delicious tea before our service. I received a prenatal massage, and the therapist was so thoughtful, asking all the right questions to make sure I was completely comfortable. After the service, we relaxed in a communal room with warm neck pillows and more tea — such a nice touch. The facilities are spotless, the lighting is soft and peaceful, and checkout was quick and easy. They also offer a great selection of skincare products to browse. Pricing felt very fair and definitely reflected the quality of care. I can’t wait to come back!
So excited to have found this place! Everything was amazing. I did the Journey package which is a 1 hour signature massage and a 1 hour signature facial. I was treated to a foot soak and the best lemongrass tea beforehand (get there early). My massage was great and the facial was one of the best ones I've ever had! The atmosphere was calming and relaxing with multiple rooms to hang out in before your service. I can't wait to go back.
I loved this place! I had an amazing experience. Sarah is super professional and kind. She explained every step and every product she used during the session. The place is beautiful and very peaceful. It’s very difficult to find a trustworthy place where you can truly feel comfortable and relaxed because the staff knows what they are doing, this is definitely one of those places! My skin looks healthy and hydrated
