I've gotten so much work done here - rear motor mount fixed, replaced the shocks and struts, and most recently replaced all the rotors and brake pads. All the work has amounted to thousands of dollars. It seemed like this place does good work and is trustworthy, but quality and professionalism has really gone down lately. Recently, when I got the brake work done, I hadn't heard back after calling so I came back to check on my car during my lunch break and noticed it wasn't there. Then while I was leaving on my bike I saw my car pulling into the parking lot being used to tow another car. I was shocked, but decided to not get mad and complain since the shop has always done such good work. But then when I picked up my car from the rotor and brake pad replacement I noticed a lug nut was missing as well as the Honda cap. I was pretty upset and took it back the next day for them to take care of it. They did, but I was never offered much of an apology from anyone besides her. I honestly expected some kind of an apology from Beto the owner. I understand that he was out of town, but if you leave your shop in the hands of such unprofessional mechanics and then are told about this incident (I know because the receptionist told me she told him) and you don't even bother to apologize, then I have no longer have faith in your services. And to top it off, I am now having transmission problems. I'm not saying that it's related, but it certainly doesn't make the situation any better. Especailly when the guy was smilling drinking a coke and blaring music with the windows down while towing another car with ropes. So unprofessional and dangerous!!!!!!!
A bit of a wait because of their high volume but worth the wait, the customer service was amazing. The repair job was perfect. They returned our rental car for us. We are so pleased that we chose JD Auto Repair!
These guys are extremely helpful! They filled my power steering fluid for free when it was bone dry. I highly recommend!
When it comes to auto repair shops for me, unless you KNOW someone- it can feel like a gamble when you choose a shop to go to. In this case I needed repairs for my son's car and considering him driving to Pueblo for school, it was imperative to resolve an issue with his car and be confident that the car will be reliable for him while he's away from home. I found several options and read over countless reviews for several shops (even though those are not 100% reliable since I've recently chose a shop for my personal vehicle based on reviews and I will NEVER go back to them again) I decided on JD Auto Repair and I'm so very happy I did. They're quick, efficient, affordable, customer friendly and clearly ETHICAL which is REALLY, REALLY important. I was comfortable from start to finish. Thank you guys so much for everything and I will definitely be back for any future repairs that my family and I may need!!!
I couldn't be more pleased if I tried. My Jeep needed a repair done that I couldn't do myself and they were able to get it done quickly. They were very polite and as far as I'm concerned, they will be my repair shop. The cost of the repair was very reasonable and they do give a military discount.
