I posted a review a few weeks ago and this is a follow up. We had to have a very large project done and again this company never disappoints! Ian was SO accommodating with having the project done while we were out of town so it wouldn’t upset our dog and communicated the whole time! We will remain loyal customers forever to this amazing company! So professional, kind and do amazing work!
I highly encourage you to use the Jim Needham company. Darion, in particular, was amazing to work with and incredibly knowledgeable. He was quick to diagnose my water heater issue and to come up with recommendations. He was clear in costs and in timeline. His solution quickly addressed the issue and they did it all within one day. Super grateful for them!
Daniel did a great job! My home warranty requires an annual review/tune up, so I was happy to hear things are running fine for the most part. Just need to find someone who has a stash of R22 for a single mom:-)
We woke up this to an ear piercing alarm sound from our sump pump. I did all of the recommended things to stop it, but it kept it up. I called Jim Needham as it looked like they could see me on a Sunday and because of their excellent ratings. From the beginning when the phone was answered the scheduler was so friendly and competent I had a good experience. She was able to schedule a technician for 10-2 on a Sunday morning! I was happy. Josiah called and arrived about 10:30. He was friendly, always important in my book, and professional. He fairly quickly had a good idea of what might be wrong, tested the pump, etc. he cleaned water off of the high water alarm probe and the sound stopped. Did a few adjustments and all was well. We were ecstatic. The scheduling, and Josiah’s work were top notch and we would definitely use them again.
We hired this plumber for two straightforward jobs: installing a new kitchen faucet and replacing a leaking hose bib. We were shocked to be charged $912 for about 40 minutes of work. Unfortunately, the quality didn’t match the price. The faucet wasn’t assembled correctly (the weight wasn’t installed properly), and the hose bib was left loose with no mention of securing or grouting it. On top of that, they didn’t clean up after cutting into the drywall, which left us with a mess to deal with. We understand that tradespeople charge for expertise, but when you're charging premium rates, the work should reflect that. In our case, it didn’t.
