Just had Brandon from King rooter leave my place after installing a new faucet and I’m beyond thankful that I did my research and decided to use this company. I have gone through many plumbers and to come across a company that’s honest, does quality work without ridiculous up charges is really difficult. King rooter is a homeowner’s dream as their service is top tier, they are very professional and very accommodating to their clients in terms of options and pricing. Brandon went over all my options as I was thinking about doing some extra work in my restroom. Brandon is highly knowledgeable, kind and the upmost professional. The front office was very responsive when I called on Sunday night and was able to schedule a tech first thing Monday. Brandon did an excellent job of diagnosing our main sewer line backup problem. He put in a new clean out on the south end of the house, cabled it, and replaced fittings so he could hydrojet from the north end of the house. His work was very professional. I highly recommend King Rooter Plumbing.
I had a great experience with King Rooter & Plumbing. Brandon came within an hour of my call and helped diagnose and completely fix our old clogged kitchen sink. Not only that but he was a pleasure to work with. I plan to have King do more work in the future, and if I can, I will request Brandon specifically!
I live in a different state, and own a rental in Aurora. We use King Rooter and Plumbing for all of our services because we know that we don’t have to worry about whether or not the job will be done correctly and at a reasonable cost. The customer service is exceptional, and we so appreciate their reliability and quick response every time.
I had several teams here today. The HVAC team led by Dominick was totally awesome again they did all of the plumbing for the toilet and shower and then they had perhaps a second crew. I’m not sure who did all the cement work and they did a great job. Everybody stayed till about 7 o’clock to finish it up and then I had some cast-iron people here I guess doing the outside work and they normally did a great job but they cleaned everything up and put all of the dirt bag. It looks like a nice lawn again.
