Scariest and worst experience ever. I asked for something to help me with my anxiety and nerves, they told me I would get a Tylenol PM for the nerves before the surgery. I was the last patient of the day on a Friday afternoon and I could tell all the front staff was rushing to leave. I never received the medication I was promised. I was so nervous, got taken back into the surgery and when I would tell the surgeon to stop because I was having an anxiety attack he just kept going. I asked him to stop so I could catch my breath and he wouldn't listen. The only reason I am writing this post is so the staff and surgeon understand that I went through a traumatic procedure and to pay attention to detail next time.
Such a wonderful experience! I went to this location for a second opinion because they were so welcoming on the phone. They did more tests than the first establishment I visited. They explained the pros and cons and procedures more clearly. I was able to watch a video explaining step by step procedures during the procedure and what to expect after the procedure. I am very happy with the results, I feel so happy and free without my glasses, it's wonderful. Never too old to improve your life!
nice staff. They got big discount for military and 0% interest payment plan if you want to use it. One day after the surgery, I see really well, even better than with my contacts. My eyes are not as dry for some reasons.
Oh! My! Goodness! I couldn't be a happier patient! :) I've worn glasses since I was a teenager. It's so freeing to not be scrambling for my glasses at the house, in the car, or digging in my bottomless purse! I hoped for 20/20, but ended up with 20/10!!! The staff is incredibly kind, friendly and warm. And on surgery day, when I finally met Dr Straub, he held my hand as he guided me to the reclining chair. (He reminded me of my grandpa!)
The staff was so awesome & super friendly. They ALL made me feel so comfortable. Dr. Straub, was awesome. He kept me informed through all the steps during surgery, & made me feel at ease. I highly recommend Lasik Plus!
