I had originally came in for ADHD and was going 4 times a week for a few months, in which I noticed my symptoms of ADHD had decreased and anxiety levels drastically decreased. I definitely recommend going often if you want to see drastic results for whatever your focus is. Also, Dr Beaudry and his staff are wonderful!
