Extremely Disappointing Experience – Would Not Recommend
I brought my recently purchased used Subaru Forester to this shop just two days after buying the vehicle. I specifically asked them to address a rattling noise on the right side, a persistent tire pressure and coolant light, and an issue with the front windshield wiper fluid not dispensing. I paid for a full diagnostic, expecting a thorough inspection and proper repairs.
Unfortunately, none of the key issues I mentioned were resolved. Instead, they replaced coils and shocks, which cost me nearly $3,000. After returning from a short vacation, I noticed the original problems were still present—along with new ones, including a missing screw from my front bumper and fluid leaking onto the floor near my feet.
To their credit, they agreed to take another look at the vehicle without charging for a second diagnostic. However, they then informed me that the right front shock (which had supposedly just been addressed) and the front control arm now needed replacement—at an additional cost of nearly $3,000.
While the staff were courteous, the quality and transparency of service were deeply disappointing. I’ve had much better experiences with places like Grease Monkey and Midas... and that’s saying something. I left feeling taken advantage of and still without a properly functioning vehicle. I would strongly advise others to look elsewhere for reliable and honest automotive service.

They ordered the alternator we needed and got it within the hour. They installed it quickly while my little girl and I waited in their kid friendly comfortable lounge. The price was good, the work quality, and the staff friendly, what more could you ask for?!

Wish I read the pages of 1 Star reviews prior! I had a Thermostat replaced on a 2015 Jeep Wrangler Sport and was told re the coolant “flush and fill” that they used Prestone 50/50 "green" coolant (also noted on billing receipt) but when I checked the coolant level after the service it was still the red/orange color that was in the system when I originally brought the Jeep in. This makes me wonder if they did NOT do an actual flush of the system and just topped off the coolant but still charged me for a Flush & Replace?
There was also some sort of splash of coolant (I assume since it would not evaporate) on the pass side front fender that I had to take to a car wash to wash off. And, the rod that props the hood open not secured properly.
Also noted that the thermostat part (not OEM MOPAR) was marked up 35% from “retail”!
I feel deceived, mislead and price gouged not to mention a clear lack of quality and professionalism. I’ll take Quality and Professionalism over “Most Friendly” any day!

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. We brought our car into Littleton auto because the engine was misfiring. The front desk employee was very spacey and seemed really off, was slow and needed help from an unfriendly senior employee to get us checked in. Turned out she needed a new fuel injection pump and ignition coil. They replaced the parts with the cheapest parts available, which went bad a few weeks after the replacement. We got a second opinion from a much more reputable place, which fixed the problem and we hadn’t had an issue since. We took the parts that Littleton gave us back and they said they never put the parts in and refused to give a refund. It was only after repeated conversations with the manager that they agreed to “look into it”. It’s now been about 5 months since this took place, and after repeated check ins we finally got our refund- less than half of what she paid for. Today, the check bounced. I would caution anyone to come to this place and would recommend never giving them your business. Trust your gut, if a place feels off don’t give them your business.

This team is unique! Their work and mindfulness is above any other repair shop I’ve ever worked with. 100% trust! It’s hard to find such good humans in the car repair world. We’re lucky to have them in the community. Keep it up Ken and crew!
