I want to sincerely thank the owner -Ivy- for personally reaching out to me with genuine care and professionalism. She took full accountability for the situation I experienced with being unable to book, and made every effort to resolve things in a thoughtful and respectful manner. While my experience started off on the wrong foot, her willingness to take responsibility and ensure a positive outcome truly speaks to her integrity and dedication to her clients. I’m deeply appreciative of the way she handled everything, and it didn’t go unnoticed.
When I walked into the spa at 0900, it smelled overwhelmingly of a campfire due to the wood-fired bbq restaurant next door. The smell was nauseating and gave me a headache for the two hours in was there. While this isn't the spas fault, It absolutely took away from the ambiance and nice massage. An air purifier is necessary for this known issue, as its not ok for clients to leave feeling sick.
I have been a loyal customer for over a year and initially enjoyed the great service, comfortable atmosphere, and relaxing experience. However, I recently had to cancel my membership due to repeated last-minute cancellations by my therapist, as well as being assigned to different therapists without prior notice. On one occasion, I had already arrived for my appointment when I was informed that the therapist would not be available. While I understand that unexpected situations can arise, this became a recurring issue, which I found to be unacceptable. Although I did receive an apology, I felt that the situation was not managed appropriately, especially when considering that I would be charged if I were late or missed an appointment. Due to these ongoing issues, I made the difficult decision to seek services elsewhere.
Love this place! I have been multiple times and have never been disappointed. Every massage therapist has been amazing!
Services were sub par. The facial was great! Massage was terrible. Zero pressure. She was just touching me.
