I’ve been going to Matthew Morris for 7 years - they’re just the best. Since finding MM I’ve moved away, but I still plan my haircuts around visits to Denver. The front desk staff are friendly and accommodating, the hairdressers are well trained and detailed. Highly recommended!
Devin G. did such an amazing job on my hair! She is also just so so lovely and sweet and has a very comforting & calm energy; she calmed my nerves and I felt immediately relaxed working with her. It was my first time getting my hair done with her and it certainly won’t be my last. She was able to transform my blonde hair to a beautiful shade of red and delivered the exact result that I was looking for. Do yourself a favor and book an appointment with Devin you will not be disappointed!!
I love this salon & Charity! I’m writing this review as someone who often refers to reviews when in search of finding the right salon & stylist.I have been going to Matthew Morris Salon for a year and a half, prior to the merge with their flagship location on Broadway. The venue is STUNNING and just feels fabulous. Charity is amazing and I recommend her to anyone. My first appointment with her I went in for a haircut. I showed her a picture of a hairstyle I wanted and instead of diving in to start my cut right away she asked me “tell me what you like about that style” and took her time to fully understand what I was looking for. I left that day, not with a replica of the picture I showed her, with a haircut created just for ME. She is caring and genuinely loves engaging in conversation with her clients. I left every appointment feeling like I spent an hour + with a close gf. Not only does she make you look amazing, she makes you FEEL amazing. Thank you, Charity, for taking care of me and letting me leave the salon with so much confidence, especially on days I showed up not feeling my best.
I highly recommend Micah! She is always up to date with the latest trends and knows exactly what I want before I even do. It’s rare to have a stylist you truly trust, and I am grateful I found Micah. She is also very kind, funny and a professional at what she does. Highly recommend
Maeve is absolutely amazing! She was able to take my horrible red box dyed hair and turn it into the perfect copper I was looking for a couple years ago. When I told her I wanted to go back to blonde she got me back to where I wanted within a couple appointments, keeping the hair health in mind! The pics are the latest blonde and I can't wait for my next appointment. She's such a good listener, which at this point I don't even tell her what I want, she does ~it~. Also, the girl can cut hair like no other, she gives me the best layers or really whatever I want. Thank god, I honestly don't know what I would do with out her. Also, the whole team is just so friendly and welcoming. Pierce at the front desk just knows which drink I want at this point. Definitely would recommend to anyone!
