Last thursday, April 3, I had a haircut appointment with Allison. I came in with a disconnected pixie, with an undercut. I showed Allison 2 inspiration photos. My hope was to have my undercut trimmed, and the rest of my hair modestly reshaped. Allison proceeded to cut off the hair on the back of my head with a razor blade to a 1 inch length, with no shape. She continued the haircut until I realized what was happening. Otherwise I would have stopped her sooner. Most of the hair has been cut off my head. I am left with nothing to style. I am completely traumatized by this experience. It is very clear that Allison disregarded my requests, and did exactly as she pleased. Thus exposing a complete lack of professionalism. When I expressed my displeasure, the owner came over and told me it looked great. I raised my voice to show my displeasure and was told not to. Both Allison and the owner were showing amusement at my displeasure. Completely unprofessional behavior on their part, especially for an owner. Everybody who has seen my hair, is dumbfounded and disgusted by what was done to me. My hope here is to prevent someone else from having their hair butchered by this individual. The photos speak more than any words. It's too bad that Allison and the owner will not take responsibility for their reckless actions.
Clean & professional, beautiful interior, I was there to recieve a facial w/Billie Jean & omg wow!! She was amazing at identifying what my skins needs were and my skin feels so good to, that glow!! A great add on was the neck & shoulder massage. Def recommend this shop for everything. They have a salon team for all your hair needs along with cool sculpting, botox & fillers!!! I absolutely love this place and highly recommend for everyone ❤️ she's currently offering 50% off your first visit with her! It was so amazing tho I had to rebook!

Full babylights snd I spontaneously decided to get long bangs after 35 years. Alison was wonderful, she listened to my ideas and clearly explained how she would execute it. Allison is friendly, courteous, and timely. As a new stylist to this salon I am impressed with her skills and confidence. My hair looks amazing!
I’m absolutely in love with this salon. All of the staff is so friendly and fun. Allison does my hair and she’s not only so so sweet, but so beyond skilled and talented. I always leave in such a good mood and so happy with my hair. I totally recommend you book with her if you want amazing results and a great time overall. 10/10! :)
