Steven and his apprentice Angel were awesome! We are new business owners of a restaurant and our a/c went out over a busy and hot weekend. They were able to come out first thing Monday morning to diagnose and repair our air conditioner. This is a commercial unit on top of our roof, so not an easy task. They were fantastic about educating me on the system, which we learned was not serviced or maintained by either of the prior owners back to 2019! They gave our machine the love it needed to be functional again right away. They also educated me on how the system worked and how and when to do regular maintenance to avoid issues in the future. MileHi HVAC replaced the compressor on my 16 years old A/C system. 1. The appointments are were scheduled within a day or two after my call, which is great for summer season. 2. Very good impression on the technician - everything he said matched my engineering experience. 3. The proposed repair options were reasonable, no pushing towards "replacing the whole system because it is old" like some other companies like to do. 4. Work was done in a clean way, no mess left, no missing screws, A/C works fine. 5. I googled the compressor price, the MileHi's price is hard to beat. Bottom line: I used MileHi HVAC service a number of times in the past, and I will use them again.
We hired MileHi HVAC for the install of a tankless water heater. Steven and Angel were great to work with and patient with all of our questions. Despite issues with the Navien unit, and a repeating error, Steven, Angel, and Joni never stopped working and fighting for us to get everything fixed and running perfectly. Steven, Joni and Angel all were friendly and so much help, we truly enjoyed working with all of them, and Steven installed the unit perfectly in our home. Did I mention they were the best priced company out there? They were the best quote we receive by almost 50%. I would not hesitate to contact them again for any HVAC needs we may have.
Shaun and his staff were amazing. Big shout to Steven and Angel that installed my new furnace. Their work was top notch. Install was clean and very well done. They went above and beyond, and is greatly appreciated. I would highly recommend MileHi to anyone looking for an honest and high quality hvac company.
MileHi HVAC is an amazing company! Everything was reasonably priced, company was super responsive and explained everything before I signed my contract.
