The best beauty shop in the city! They offer not just hair cut, rebonding or coloring but also foot spa, massage, and facial treatments. They also sell beauty products such as lipstick, lip tints, and many more. It was a one-stop beauty shop in the city! Thank you for this heaven-like place for us girls!
I had a horrible experience with a lady named Lucy that works in this salon. I’d asked to make an appointment and got set for a 5:30 pm booking. She then tells me that at that time she will need to leave the shop and do my hair at her home, which was weird but I was in need of a hair correction as soon as possible. I showed up to her place and she had me waiting one hour for her to arrive which meant my hair wasn’t getting worked on until almost 7:00 pm, we then got started and the whole time I was seated she was being very aggressive and rude not to mention she had me blow dry my own hair and hand her foils and supplies the entire time, after my hair was washed and rinsed I had 6 different colors in my hair, brown light brown yellow orange blonde and white. She was suppose to have done a balayage and ended up only bleaching the entire bottom half of my hair, leaving the other half undone. On top of all of that instead of drying me and sending me home to come finish the orange half of my hair she throws in a very ugly grey toner and calls it done! I have now had to cut off all my hair because it was fried and damaged to the max I will post pictures of how my hair was before and after, also now. Please don’t use this salon or Lucy, she had a very bad attitude when I left her house and accused me of not being able to afford her services. “Is why I supposably acted out”.
It was great service and did amazing job on my hair. Thanks Montebello Beauty Salon. I highly recommend this Salon to everyone. Experienced and professional.
