He made sure I understood what was happening and was very helpful throughout the process. I truly appreciate his professionalism and expertise. I highly recommend their service!
Excellent! Keenan was courteous and honest and couldn’t have been nicer. Very professional! He removed the toilet, checked the line to the sewer and replaced it perfectly. My line is plastic and there are no clogs/obstructions. Peace of mind is priceless.
Our service tech that came here was amazing! Very professional and knowledgeable and easy to connect with. He did an amazing job! I don't normally post reviews, but I have to share what a great experience I had with this company. Of course a simple job turned into a 5 day job, through no fault of the company. They were so kind and went above and beyond. I was very impressed with their work, their patience and their compassion when they found more issues with my plumbing than I originally thought. The price was lower than I expected and their work exceeded my expectations. I will definitely be calling them again in the future for any plumbing needs I may have.
Called Mr Rooter on a Monday morning before 8:00 am. Had a plumber onsite by 2:00 pm same day. Eelay (sp) was courteous, professional and efficient. Replaced a pressure regulator valve, and had us back up and running in an hour! Amazing customer service. Schedulers called, kept us apprised of arrival time and checked on us.Great customer service, AND all plumbing is optimized. Highly recommend.
