I have been going here for the last 4 years. This place is amazing! I hate going to the Dentist but The DR and his staff make me so comfortable Everytime! There always helpful, they always explain everything in detail. Even after work is done, if I have any questions or concerns they always have me come in to reassure me. Absolutely the best!!!!!

I’ll be honest, the dentist is not my favorite place in the world but Rob was very nice, funny, and we had great conversation which took my mind off of my teeth cleaning. He educated me on my trouble spots and gave me good advice to keep me out of the dentist as much as possible. I feel happy to know that when I do have to come into My Dentist, I’ll be taken care of.

I needed only a cleaning required before an upcoming surgery. Called around and they were the only ones who told me I could get the cleaning without new X-rays. Got there and they insisted on X-rays before the cleaning. Too late to get them from a few months ago from another dentist. My insurance wouldn’t cover more in a few months. They refused to do the cleaning without either and left. And now left in a kuch before my surgery. They weren’t honest with me on the phone . Beware.

I recently had a horrible customer service experience with My Dentist causing me to have to leave their practice. The dentist had canceled/rescheduled me several times recently due to emergencies and I was understanding. But, at my most recent appointment they called me day of to inform me that they had canceled my appointment due to myself not confirming with them. When I asked how I would have confirmed since I didn’t receive a call, email or text I was told it was through text and that actually I had been opted out 6 months previously. When I voiced my concerns about not being contacted properly and that I would like to keep my appointment that day I was told to either reschedule again or go elsewhere. Never once did I receive an apology for the communication lapses or was offered a remedy to the situation, they could have cared less to speak with me.
