We've been taking our oldest furkid here for since she was a pup and when we adopted her brother tbey were kind enough to see him as well even though they werent accepting new patients. Dr. Shelley and team are always super considerate of our dogs' allergies and are patient with their high energy. Front desk staff is usually very welcoming and friendly.
I have to start by saying just wow. If I could rate them more than 5 stars I absolutely would. The service I have gotten from this clinic has just been phenomenal. The staff is extremely caring and friendly and Dr. Shelly Sandel has been such a godsend for my dog and I. After thousands of dollars, 3 vets, and being told my dog had some mysterious illness that requires an internist and more testing I landed here first because of a simple phone conversation with a very kind girl at the front desk. And for the first time in such a long time- my dog is finally back to his old self. Turns out he just had really bad allergies and once he started being treated for that he became his old self again with no more coughing or scratching. The visits themselves are inexpensive and I wasn’t charged for a new visit when she just wanted me to bring him in for a recheck to make sure things were going okay unlike most other places. I have finally found my dog’s primary vet!
I’ve had the best veterinary experiences at this clinic. Particularly with Dr. Loughridge. With a senior dog, every visit gives a pet owner anxiety. Dr. Loughridge has always been thorough, thoughtful, and provided not only the best care to my pup, but has also given me such a touch of personal care by putting my worries at ease. Thank you for making our past few visits (some VERY scary and stressful) not feel so bad. Your kindness and professionalism does not go unappreciated! THANK YOU!
So far I can't say I've had a very good experience the 4 times I've been there. The last time I was there, after the vet seen my dog, I went to pay my bill as I have always done, when after paying, I was told the reason my bill was so high, was because of unpaid services from my last visit. The last visit, was paid in full! There should not have been any unpaid charges! The lady who took my payment did not know how to undo the charges to refund me. The next day I called to see if it had been taken care of and I was put on hold for a while. When she returned, she said her billing manager was aware of the situation and would give me a call the following day. I found it really funny that he was aware of my situation, when I had not even told the lady who answered the phone what my situation was. I simply asked to speak to someone in billing! Keep an eye on your charges and payments! So your not over charged or double billed!
Dr Sandel and Brent treated my dog with amazing care! They gave us so much amazing advice. Everyone is so friendly! We will definitely be coming back!!
