I called Peyton & Sons Plumbers Company to take a look at my water heater in Englewood. Philip came over, inspected the heater, and let me know it needed to be replaced. I had already gotten a quote from another plumber, but Philip was so helpful and professional that I decided to go with him instead. He made sure to give me a better price and even finished the replacement the same day. The service was excellent, and Philip was very friendly throughout the whole process. I’ll definitely use this plumber again and recommend them to my friends. If I could give more than five stars, I would. Fantastic job.
This is an update to my earlier review. We were hearing gurgling sounds when we flushed our toilets. Bentley and Eric came to the rescue. The plumbers replaced the toilet seals and o-rings on both toilets and checked the drainage pipes from the toilets to the main drain line, clearing out a soft blockage that was causing the issue. We are consistently happy with the service from our plumbing team. They are professional, polite, and always arrive on time for appointments. Bentley and Eric clearly explained what needed to be done and answered all our questions. The repairs were done quickly and effectively. Overall, we highly recommend this plumbing service to anyone in need. They are a dependable and trustworthy team that offers outstanding customer service. In a previous review, the plumbing team also installed a new bathroom, ran a gas line, and set up duct work for a new fireplace. Their plumbing services are top-notch, and the staff is always prompt, friendly, and professional. Highly recommended!
The basement circuit breaker started tripping unexpectedly, and the old gas water heater had some rusty streaks and a bit of water on the floor. I decided to call Peyton & Sons Plumbers Company for a new heater. The plumber asked if I was interested in a recirculating hot water system, but my main concern was energy efficiency. He recommended a tankless gas heater, which means no wasted energy from stored hot water and never running out of hot water. It can easily supply two bathtubs and multiple faucets with hot water without any temperature drop. I am very pleased with the fast service. On my next call, Colin installed two new toilets and noticed another issue! He found that our water pressure gauge was worn, causing a loss of pressure throughout the house. I really appreciate how thorough Colin was. He will definitely be my go-to plumber! Later, Colin came back to install new faucets and a sink in the kitchen. He is always prompt, professional, and reasonably priced. I highly recommend Peyton & Sons Plumbers Company, and I will always reach out to Colin!
I had a review about a plumbing service related to our hot water heater installation that I initially felt wasn’t great. We had some trouble getting someone to come out when we lost hot water for a few days. However, after speaking with the office, I learned they were quite busy at that time. Since then, they really stepped up and fixed our issue. I’m happy to update my review, as we truly appreciate their efforts in resolving the problem and their response to our situation.
I needed a new cold water valve for my washing machine. A lot of firms gave me overpriced quotes, but Peyton & Sons Plumbers Company offered a reasonable one. Rather than arriving between 1-3, Philip phoned me at 10 am because they were running ahead of schedule and checked if I was okay with them coming early, to which I agreed. The plumber, Eric, arrived about 20 minutes later. Eric was friendly and professional, showed respect, and even tidied up after finishing the job, returning my washer and dryer to their original spots. Without a doubt, he's the best plumber I've had the pleasure of dealing with in Englewood. The final bill was even slightly less than the quoted amount (by 5 dollars), which was a nice surprise. If you're in need of a good plumber, don't hesitate to give them a call.
