I had a great experience at Prestige with Integrity. A friend recommended me to the shop, and her positive experience was clearly justified. Damien, the owner and mechanic, followed up with a personal call and asked thoughtful questions that showed genuine concern for my car's issue and my financial situation. He gave me clear options and even shared pictures to verify his diagnosis, making sure he was very transparent in every step. The pricing was fair, especially compared to a previous quote for brake pad replacements from Big O Tires, and I now plan to bring all my cars to this location.

I am thankful for the commitment to making sure my vehicle was fixed CORRECTLY. From diagnosing the “real” issue, working with my warranty company to get an approval for an engine replacement and doing the labor. Customer service is above and beyond expectations.

One of few places that is true to its name. I have taken 2 of my vehicles for repairs, both times I have been more than satisfied with the services provided. It is EXTREMELY hard to find a good mechanic, this is why I have learned to do most my maintenence and repairs myself.
But finally I found I place I trust. I don't get tired of recommending them to everybody I know.

This place is a JOKE! We took our car to this shop because they were a shop that could work on Jettas in the area. Welp we took it to them beginning of March 2024….didn’t get the car back until the end of July 2024!!! All we needed was a new bumper and hood. When the car was dropped off, we were told it would take 7 days to complete so after we hadn’t heard anything for almost 2 months, my husband went down to the shop (because they don’t answer their phone) and asked about the status of the car. We were told then that they hadn’t even started working on it yet because they hadn’t received the payment. Well a phone call to let us know that they didn’t receive the payment from the insurance would have been NICE so we could get the work started! Fast forward to a few days later when they received the payment. We were told by Damien that it would be done in 5-7 days and that was April 30th. So after those 7 days, we still didn’t hear anything so my husband went down there again and we were told that the part didn’t come in so we were still waiting because AGAIN, they DID NOT communicate with us unless my husband went down there in person. So that happened at the beginning of May and we didn’t get the car back until the end of July so you can piece together the rest of the BS that we had to deal with.
During the time we they had our car, they had it outside in the elements WITH NO BUMPER ON IT! As visual proof of this, when my husband went to check on it, there were animal prints all over the exterior of the car. Once we got the car back, we had to take it to the VW dealership because the AC wasn’t working anymore and the check engine light was on. It was going to cost us $3000 to fix what Damien and his crew messed up while our car was in their possession. So unless you want your car to be in worse shape than when you dropped it off, do not take it to this garbage dump of a “car shop.” The customer service is the worst and the “work” they do could have been done better by my 6 year old because he knows more about cars than these jokers.

The mobile service was very helpful an quick. When things wasnt working still the owner Damien came himself before an after hours to make sure it was correct. He worked with me on the cost an keep me in the loop the whole time. Got me an my boys back up an running. Thank you again
