TLDR: RUN as fast and as far from this bait and switch practicing company as possible. I would have put zero stars if google allowed.
Bait & Switch warning story: I put in a yelp inquiry for a water heater conversion from gas tank, to electric tankless. Quality Home HVAC responded saying they’d be happy to help. They did an initial inspection and accepted the gig and offered what seemed to be a great deal with an up-sell for an AC unit install. I accepted the upsell. They came and started with the AC which wasn’t what I NEEDED at the moment as my water heater is 12 years old and on its last leg. Installing my AC their tech left my furnace unassembled until 9pm during a blizzard because “he had to run home for an hour” at 2 pm. MY TENANTS (and myself) WERE RIGHTFULLY UPSET. And I had to compensate my tenants because of it. After days of non responsiveness they decided to tell me they were backing out of the water heater job because it was “impossible” AFTER THEY DID AN INSPECTION AND TOOK THE JOB!!! They were constantly giving me other people to try and talk to, none of which were actually helpful.
The owner Curtis is just a slimy salesman, the other owner Candice is just a mismanaged Damage Mitigator, and Chris whatever his role is called me screaming at me because I told him my next step was litigation after they failed to get the permits and inspection for the gig prior to me leaving town on a month long business trip. I wanted them to inspect the work that they had finished and were so shady to deal with after they had my money. They failed the electrical portion of the inspection.
I have receipts and photos of everything including conversations, the mess that was left after they “finished”, and of everything else of this god awful interaction. Once again, RUN don’t walk away to find a better service provider.

Aaron came out and quickly got our heater aswell as our cooler to start working after it’s been not working because the last guy that came out from a different company left us without heating or cooling for about two weeks! He was respectful, professional, and got what We needed done quickly and efficiently. Thank you guys.

Avoid this company. They installed a hot water heater in our home. We discovered a few months later the installation was not up to code. When I requested that they fix it, they ignored my repeated requests. It will cost me a lot of money to bring it to code. Then the company had the audacity to charge my credit card for a new service plan for the coming year. Run - don't walk - away from this company. I wish I had.

We were very pleased with the work we had done using Quality Home HVAC. We had AC installed and a new electric panel installed. Curtis worked very hard up front to communicate the whole process and ensure to maximize rebates and get us the best deal possible. The work was done on time and the final price was as agreed upon (no surprises). Being an engineer, I had many questions before the work began and the team was great at answering everything. The AC unit that was installed is super quiet when running which is amazing as we spend tons of time outside in our back yard. Thanks!

Didn't actually use the service, so giving a middle of the road rating based on the only interaction so far. Happened to notice a van with your name on it using the public roads but not bothering to license your vehicle to help pay for those roads. You should fix this, as it's not that hard to do. 9 months expired on a business vehicle? Come on. Also, please tell the kid driving to get off his cell phone and pay attention to the road.
