From my first call to the shop, everything went smoothly. A representative came to my home quickly to assess the project and provided me with an estimate that fit my budget. This company was the only one that came close to making my dream shower a reality. Within just a few days, the work began. Technician Howard handled the demolition of my old tub and tile and expertly installed the new walk-in shower. Howard is a true professional, very friendly, and knew exactly what he was doing. I had a gas line installed before reaching out to Ricardo's Plumbing LLC, and it turned out to be improperly done, resulting in a gas leak. However, Ryan came out that evening to assess the situation. He provided me with a quote to redo the line, and after securing the permit and getting it approved, he started the work within just a few days. It only took him part of the day to complete the job. The next day, the inspector came out for the pressure test. It was discovered that the gas line had never been bonded when it was first installed years ago by the previous homeowner. The inspector, along with Ryan, coordinated to bond the line, and it passed the pressure test, allowing the gas to be turned on without needing any additional visits. I really appreciated that there was no extra charge for this additional work. I would highly recommend Ricardo's Plumbing LLC, and Ryan was truly a pleasure to work with.

I initially got a quote from another plumbing service that suggested a huge, costly project involving tearing up all our floors and replacing pipes for a staggering amount. Instead, I did some research and discovered an incredible technique offered by a plumbing company that specializes in modern pipe lining. After learning more and meeting with their foreman and crew, we decided to go ahead with the project. On the first day, the team arrived and thoroughly prepared our home, cleaning out all the pipes. On the second day, they showed up right on time and installed two liners in our existing pipes. They took the time to explain how everything works and answered all our questions. On the third day, they added another lining and completely sanitized the work areas. They even showed us footage of the work they completed. i called on a sunday to leave a message and brent answered. he was very friendly and helpful. brent asked me to send some photos so he could check the price of the plumbing parts we needed. the next day, he let me know they could fit us in sooner than we thought. the plumber showed up right on time and fixed our faucet quickly, even faster than i expected. i’m really happy with the service and will recommend them to anyone in golden who needs a plumber. highly recommend!
This is a review for a plumbing service from Ricardo's Plumbing LLC. We recently called them for help with a water leak in the women's bathroom. The technician suggested that we replace the toilet and valve in the men's bathroom, which we did. Shortly after, we noticed a leak again in the same spot, but it was taken care of quickly. The technician returned and found another leak, this time in the men's bathroom sink pipe and valves. He replaced those parts efficiently and effectively! A friend of mine had recommended this company, and I can see why—they do excellent work! The office staff is polite and very patient. I highly recommend their services!
