We can't say enough good things about Rise Vet! We started coming here when we moved to Boulder and they've been wonderful with our dog Whistler. He is a nervous guy and Dr. Schuster and the team are so sweet and patient with him. They are always able to get us in quickly and everyone is so kind and professional. You can tell the people here love what they do and love your pet!
Rise Vet saved our girl! Our cat showed some concerning symptoms yesterday and Rise made room in between appointments to evaluate her, escalated her care when they realized it was emergent and ultimately transferred her to a surgical specialist at CASE when they discovered her obstruction was in too complex of an area for them to operate on. They did an amazing job at keeping us updated and we felt very supported during a very stressful time. Our pet had a positive outcome because of their flexibility to see her and quick actions when it became serious. We are forever grateful and deeply appreciate all you do! You care about our fur babies as much as we do and it shows!
Rise Vet has been the primary vet for my two dogs since 2020. Every time we deal with Rise and their team, it is a positive experience, even if the situation may be difficult or scary. The staff shows compassion and care for their patients and the owners. They are creative and thorough with their approach, so conditions can be readily identified and treated. They are not too proud to refer us to specialists when they do not have the resources to diagnose or treat complex issues. Even when a specialist at another hospital is involved, Rise's team always checks in on us and stays current on each case without me having to follow up. We've seen all the veterinarians, technicians, and assistants over the years. I cannot say a negative thing about anyone or anything at this practice. If you bring your pet to Rise, you can rest assured they will receive the best veterinary care, no matter who you see.
My roommate has been telling me to try this place out. Not only was the receptionist incredibly helpful and listened to my concerns, but they got me in for an appointment the next day! They also tell you their prices up front and give you different options for treatment. My dog needs X-rays but is nervous so they are sending me home with sedatives to give him for his visit on Thursday for X-rays. Absolutely incredible staff. Doctor Z and Amber really impressed me today.
We are relatively new customers to Rise and cannot say enough good things. Both of our Vizslas have had major health issues this year, Rise was wonderful each time, getting us in quickly, determining the issues and helping our dogs. Everyone there is so friendly, from the front desk, to the techs, to the vets and the surgeon they used. It has been a pleasure to be a customer of Rise, both of our dogs are happy to go, and we treated so well. Thank you everyone.
