I could cry about how this vet is the absolute best. Like literally. My dog Shiloh had surgery last week that was a bit more intense than anyone planned for (everyone at the clinic knows me and her by name now). The whole team has been nothing but attentive to both me and Shiloh throughout this whole process of her surgery and recovery. I could rave about each person on staff here. They are simply incredible. Dr. Patrick is the most compassionate vet I've ever known who takes his clients, both person and pet, so personally. When Shiloh was not recovering well after her surgery and I was super emotional worried that she was crashing, he was on the phone with me numerous times in the middle of the late evening into early morning, literally 1:40am, to make sure she was okay, give me direction on what to do, and what to look out for in her recovery. The next day the clinic watched her for free to make sure she was doing okay. All of the tech and nursing staff are wonderful to work with. Shannon was very thorough, helpful, clear, and gave me as much room as I needed to ask questions about her surgery. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this vet's office. I will likely never leave this place no matter the animals I end up with in the future. So grateful for all their support through this time of her recovery.
This veterinary team does excellent medicine with bedside manner and professionalism to match. The kennels I've worked at use Rock Creek for boarding client needs and I love telling clients about it! I have worked in vet clinics and see how exhausting and thankless it is to work with clients and their pets during a crisis, but this team exudes compassion in their pursuit of good-quality care. Came in on a Saturday after our cat had a productive vomit and poo spree. They were available within a couple of hours, were super friendly and gentle with our cat, provided helpful and relatively low cost options printed out on an estimate, and gave useful information to help us decide what to do. It’s nice to have this option close to home.
My Yeti loves it here! everybody is always so nice and gentle. We’ve been coming here since we first moved to colorado and it’s by far my favorite vet!
