The guys that came out did an excellent job installing my new furnace, AC unit and thermostat. Would definitely work with this company again. Everybody was very professional and the installers explained the new system to me very well.
Rock has been very accounting, punctual, thorough & friendly for ever job they’ve done for us. From HVAC to plumbing all of the work has been up to our standards. Both Jacob and Mario did top notch work on two of our bathrooms. And Tyler did a great job with our HVAC.
We had a wonderful experience with Rock plumbing, heating, and air conditioning. Excellent communication from the company from start to finish. What started out as a job that was only going to take an hour turned into uncovering more issues and a 7 hour stay. Devon was so friendly and clearly loves his job! He kept us updated throughout his time at our home (and even gave our pup some love). We will absolutely be using this company again and would recommend them for anyone in the Littleton area!
Victor was our technician and came to do a check up on our AC unit. He was polite and professional upon arrival and right on time. I really like the tracker app and how Rock updates you on arrival time. Victor checked both our furnace and ac unit and gave us some feedback regarding our units. He showed me what needed to be fixed and communicated what could happen in the long run if left unattended without ever being pushy. Victor made us feel really comfortable and we were happy to have him come out. He did a great job and we were really impressed with his customer service. We will definitely be asking for him again in the future!
We found Rock through a Google search. We're new to Aurora and didn't know who to call. After speaking with the office (Courtney), we knew we wanted to have them come out to check our A/C unit. Austin showed up right on time, put his shoe covers on and asked how he could help. He was very professional and friendly. After a complete review, he showed me what had to be done, how he would do it, what it would cost and when it could be done. Complete and transparent. They're coming back next week to take care of our issue. My wife and I would highly recommend them. UPDATE: Austin came back and took care of everything. The charge was fair and he completed the work in 3 hours. We are very pleased with the work. A/C is working great. We definitely would recommend Rock for your A/C needs.
