Rooterguy saved the day!!! I called (literally) 20 other companies to install my under-mount kitchen sink and all of them said they couldn't. I was about to give up when, on a whim, I entered my info into Angie. Rooterguy called me immediately and said they could do it. I was still skeptical after already having two other companies say they could but then after coming out and looking, saying they couldn't. When Gary came out he said it would be a lot of work, but he could do it. He ordered the parts right away and installed it within the same week. I LOVE my new sink and am so thankful I found them. Everyone on the phone was so nice and professional. Gary was on time (early) and did immaculate work. THANK YOU!
Valentin was very helpful! He is friendly and knowledgeable about the installation of a new faucet. He arrived within the window and was efficient in getting the parts he needed from Home Depot and back quickly to install them. He was very transparent in showing myself and my landlord the cost of parts and labor to insure he was getting the right deal, and made a smart suggestion to keep the valves below safe. Follow up - Valentin came back to replace the shut off valves under the sink as well. He was efficient and got the parts replaced in under an hour and a half. Thank you!
RooterGuy LLC did an awesome job fixing a leak in my wall, and I’m really happy with their work. What I thought would be a simple repair ended up being a much bigger project, but Gary and Valentine handled it like true pros. Valentin showed up early on a Saturday morning to fix a leaking water heater. He was extremely helpful explaining what we needed and worked with us on pricing. The company responded so quickly to an emergency with no trip fee. We ended up replacing the water heater and it was done that day very organized and cleaned up after himself. Very happy!
