Zac was great explaining & showing all the details. He scheduled me early to replace my sink the very next day so I would not have to change my appointments. Finished in plenty of time & didn’t even leave a mess. He also explained a lot about what I should look put for when I go look at toilets. That will be our next project. Will call him again.
I think this was the fourth time I’ve used the Roto-Rooter team here in Denver. I got acquainted with them during the pandemic. They came out immediately to snake my drain — when my plumber of many years was going to take a week to come out. Today I worked with Sergio Cruz for a second time and Robert Rios for the first time to replace the faucet sets in my kitchen and master bath. I’m very pleased with the work and plan to call them back when plumbing problems rear their head in the future. Hopefully it will be a while.
We had an emergency with our toilet, and when we called we were told it might take an hour or hour and a half for someone to show up. Zac was here in less than half of that time. We showed him where the problem areas were and he had all the parts needed with him, and within a half hour all our issues were solved. Zac did fantastic work, we got exactly what was needed and his overall timing was extraordinarily fast. Would definitely call again in both emergency or general maintenance.
I highly recommend Roto - Rooter plumbing. I was having trouble with my toilet so I made an appointment with them. My plumber was Kyle he deserves a raise he was very nice and knowledgeable he got the job done right away once he had all the parts that were needed to fix the problem. Zac from Roto Rooter of Colorado Springs was prompt to the job site, explained the potential issue. Once he found the problem he showed me the issue and explained what was needed for the repair. The repair was performed expediently and with no need for any repair to the stucco on the exterior. All around an excellent job from quality of craftsmanship to communication. I'd recommend him to anyone needing plumbing work done especially when troubleshooting a plumbing problem.
