Wish I read reviews before I came in. I have worked a long time to get my eyebrows to a good shape, and the right thickness for my face. She told me to sit and did not ask what I was looking for. She made my brows SO thin, it’s hard to look at myself in the mirror. They are also uneven. I hope they grow back before my wedding. Do not recommend! I know of many other better brow artists in the area, I should have stuck with those I have used in the past. Very big mistake.
I don’t recommend this place if you have thick eyebrows. Most of the women who work there have thin brows themselves. I believe most aren’t trained for thick brows which causes each brow to look different every single time I came in. Training and mapping brows can go a long way to keep your clients coming back. Please read the reviews before walking in!
One of the best eyebrow threading places I’ve been to! The prices are reasonable and my brows look amazing.
I have been to south lands location and noticed they do not throw away their used Spoolies, so i decided to try this location and noticed they also have dusty dirty used Spoolies, After Noticing the USED Spoolies i brought the issue up to the lady threading my eyebrows and said she would use a new Spoolies but did not throw away the other Spoolies, I'm completely disgusted. No wonder i keep braking out after my eyebrows are threaded. Is this very unsanitary and not clean the spoolie has been on other peoples face, this is an OSHA violation!!!!!!
If you’ve never been before the process is super easy. No need to make an appointment for eyebrow threading, just walk in. The team is super fast, efficient, and clean. If you want a service other than eyebrow threading you should probably make an appointment. I would recommend not wearing makeup, you have to hold your eye shut with your own hands so you may mess up your eyeshadow. I will return for another service. Thank you!
