My friend got a flat tire right across the street from Snodgrass. When we went to put on the spare, her lug wrench was missing. I walked over to Snodgrass and they were more than happy to help. Patty came out immediately and had the tire replaced in just a few minutes. She went above and beyond! Wow! Patty is the best!! I have found my new mechanic. Ladies, Snodgrass is the place for car repair in Castle Rock.
Justin runs an honest shop and I'm glad I found him a few years ago, he’s the mechanic everybody hopes they can find. I’ve taken two cars there and he’s always clearly communicated the problem and doesn’t suggest unnecessary fixes/problems like other mechanics I’ve run into over the years. Great knowledge, customer service, and very reasonable pricing. Definitely a 5 star shop!
It’s been a while since I’ve driven in Colorado snow and ice, and even though I have 4WD, I sure did slide right off the road and over a hard, metal plow marker. I was so concerned that I had done damage to the underneath of my car! I brought it to Snodgrass to have them to pop it up and tell me what needed to be fixed. Luckily, nothing was needed, but the real reason for the 5-star review was the honesty and trust I felt. Everyone was so helpful and happy for me that there was no damage at all - they even brought me beneath my car to talk about any questions I had. It’s so nice to have a mechanic that I can trust!
We have gone 2 times by recommendation of a neighbor. They explain every stinking thing they are gonna do and do it with such clarity even s novice can understand. Very pleased with them.
The only mechanic shop I have ever trusted! - Literally every time I go to Justin & company he can get me a quote that is FAR less than your average dealer/commercial/franchise mechanic and will give honest advice if you are stuck in an unfortunate circumstance. I highly recommend taking the time to give them a call.
