We had two air vents installed in our bathrooms by Chris and Phillip from Squeaks. They are both very professional, communicative, and skilled at what they do. They kept us updated with important things that we needed to know about the installation and made sure to get our approval for all the things needing to be done. They also cleaned up after the work was done, and explained to me in a clear way what they did and where things were located for future reference. This was quite an involved job, and they worked hard to ensure proper installation, function, and aesthetic. Chris and Phillip are excellent and I would highly recommended them. They are a great team!
Prices are too high!!! My experience with my tech, Kyle, was five star...he was professional, knowledgeable, helpful and on-time. My concerns are twofold: 1) I ended up paying over $950 in labor costs for 2 1/2 hours of work (plus local travel time in Colorado Springs where he also lives). This was during normal daytime hours. The other small local five star company I called charges $125 per hour, which would've come out to about 40 percent of what I paid in labor with Squeaks. That's a big difference! Unfortunately I'd already cancelled them as Squeaks was available 1 to 2 hours earlier (I just went with soonest available though, had I known the large price difference, I would've gone with the other company). 2) When I called Squeaks initially an AI assistant answered but didn't identify herself as such. I could tell it didn't sound like a live person so asked, "is this an actual person?"- after which there was a long pause then mechanical answer that "this is an AI assistant but I can still schedule your appointment." Hate that! I hung up. Later an actual person named Larry phoned back who was helpful.
We worked with Islom at Squeaks. It was a great experience working with them. He figured out a quirky issues with our faucet and fridge and even shopped for faucets to help us make a decision quickly. Islom was also really courteous and easy to work with. Squeaks dispatch was super helpful. They got us scheduled ASAP and the whole process was a breeze.
We had a great experience with Squeaks Plumbing. Larry provided excellent service and expertise. Even more impressive, he was willing to go the distance, not only picking up a key to our place but also replacing the hot water heater without us being there. He made sure the water was heated and ready to go before we arrived, even coming over the next morning on his own time to make sure. Larry genuinely strives to make sure that customers are taken care of and happy! He's a delight to work with! Ask for Larry :)
Had my AC rewired due to new siding being installed, Chris did a very neat and professional job, will use again.
