My furnace broke in the middle of a cold snap and I knew right away who to call, SRT. They helped me a couple summers ago during a heat spell. Tony is the most knowledgeable, honest and hardworking professional I know. He tended to getting us heat asap, diagnosed and advised me what to do, then came back and fixed the problem. My only issue is getting him to bill me for the service.
We used SRT for a full system upgrade. We could not be happier. They are knowledgeable in their business, trustworthy, and professional. They will tailor to your exact needs and not push any useless or un-needed services. Their bid was price competitive and there were no addons or games played. We are their customers as long as we live in the area. Tony, Anthony and Jerry were a pleasure to have in our home. We highly recommend their business.
We've used them for annual HVAC maintenance and most recently for certifying our furnace system as part of our buyer's contract. This team is amazing! They are incredibly honest, fair and reliable. Just had the best experience with Tony and SRT HVAC. My sister sent me Tony's card who helped her with her AC when our heating/ac system wouldn't turn on. He was super personable, professional, knowledgeable, honest, and on time. I reached out Sunday they got back to me Monday and came Tuesday to take a look. He fixed the issue quickly and was in and out. Great customer service local and honest. I would definitely recommend to anyone and will continue to use Tony and SRT as our go to HVAC company.
Solid crew. Professional, Polite, Clean and Respectful! I received a very competitive bid and the SRT HVAC guys took care of the entire install and cleanup! Couldn’t be happier and it’s always nice to have a warm house in the winter! Will be reaching out in a couple months for the AC work
