My hot water heater sprung a leak. It was 20 years old according to the install date written on the heater. I searched the internet and found some good reviews for Standard Heating and Cooling. I decided to give them a call. I'm very glad I did! Dan and Randy showed up at my door eager to help. After looking at what I had, they had three options I could choose from showing out the door pricing next to each. I chose the side arm since I have a boiler. Dan and Randy came back the next day and installed my new tank and got me up and running as promised. What I didn't expect was the excellent customer service and the extra care they gave me. I had an incorrect expansion bladder on my boiler and they replaced that at no charge. This is above and beyond in my opinion. I can honestly say, without question, that I will be calling on Standard Heating and Cooling for my annual service for my boiler going forward as well as I look for a cooling solution this summer. Thank you Dan and Randy, for your excellent work and excellent customer service.
I had a great experience with Standard Heating and Cooling today. I was expecting a call from them indicating when they will be scheduling the visit. However, I was surprised to get a call saying the work was already done at an investment property of ours and they had diagnosed the issue and addressed it adequately. Grateful to their promptness and would recommend them for any of your heating and cooling needs.
Of all the contractors I've worked with in the past 10 years, Daniel has been by far the most courteous and reliable. Amanda calls ahead to provide updates on appointments and parts on order. They are really awesome to work with. I only wish I can find others that are half as good to address other areas.
We knew replacing the boiler and adding an AC unit would be a big investment, so we took our time looking over our options and getting several quotes. From the start, we were pleased with the care and attention they gave when they came over to give us a quote. They took measurements, advised us on sizing issues and options, and gave us an itemized quote that listed exactly what they had told us verbally. When we called up to clarify a few details, the quote was reissued with everything spelled out. This project took several days. They showed up on time, they kept us updated on their progress, they cleaned up their work. They were very courteous, even cheerful, and very professional. We've worked with a lot of contractors, and we were very happy that during the course of this project, we didn't even once question our choice of working with Standard Heating and Cooling. We feel we were treated honestly and got the best product for the best price.
