I found Star Salon less than a year ago after moving to Denver. I've been so pleased with Andrea since finding her! I usually don't know what I exactly want with my hair, but she and I talk through some things and she just knows what to do. I've never colored my hair and she was so great in how she approached my first time. She just knows hair and is so knowledgeable about everything.
I have been going to Star Salon for about 5 years now and have had nothing but amazing experiences. I first started seeing Jenny but when she moved back to Ohio I was given the chance to have Laura as my stylist. I can now say we have been together for 4 years now and my hair has never been happier. :) She is very consistent, honest and amazing. She knows my hair really well and does what is needed at the time (winter versus summer). She continually grows her knowledge on hair products and only uses the best product. I have referred many friend to see Laura and we all now talk about how much we love her! The salon is a very relaxed yet professional setting. There is no drama and all the stylists have been there for quite some time, which I love. Highly recommend this space and highly recommend Laura!
Wow! I have never been so happy with my hair, ever. Andrea listened and talked to me for about 15 minutes before we started as I tried to figure out exactly what I wanted (blunt cut, toner, and some brightening partial highlights). She KILLED it! The cut and color I imagined in my head is exactly what she gave me. Not to mention it was incredibly priced. Great conversation, very clean salon, and really good vibes. Thanks again, Andrea. You rock. ☺️
My previous salon closed down recently, so I was on the lookout for a new salon. I gave Star Salon a try, and I'm so glad I did. I had an appointment with Amanda to, quite drastically, get my hair cut a lot shorter (and with bangs), and I couldn't be happier with the result. I showed her a photo inspiration, and she talked me through the entire process checking in with me to make sure that I was comfortable the entire time. I can't recommend this salon and Amanda enough!
Just got a great curly cut from Amanda. It was pretty fast (I didn't time it, but defintely under an hour), but still relaxing. Great haircut, I liked that she saw a clear vision of what to do with my hair, because I did not. She was also really open to my ideas and needs.
