I had a great experience with Steel-T from start to finish! It was easy to make an appointment with their friendly office staff, and I didn’t have to wait long to get on the schedule. My technician, Billy, arrived on time and was super knowledgeable and thorough. He was able to quickly diagnose the problem with my AC unit and get it back up and running. I appreciate him taking the time to show me what was wrong and answer all of my questions. I highly recommend this awesome company!
Matt inspected the AC and furnace and found issues that needed to be addressed, wrote up a detailed service report and made recommendations. He was mindful of cost but let me know which items needed repair or would lead to more extensive issues. He was polite, and very professional. I highly recommend

Technicians arrived during the scheduled time, were friendly and discussed what they were doing throughout the service. They recommended an additional part to improve the operation of the air conditioner and gave me the upfront cost, if I’d like to install it in the future. Overall, a great experience!
