They All Have 5 Star Personalities That Truly Make You Feel Welcomed. I Can’t Say Many People Are Excited To Go To The Dentist However I Have To Admit, I Look Forward To My Visits From Regular Cleanings With Laser To What I Just Had Done Today; A Root Canal With A Crown. Yes A Root Canal. I Had The Privilege Of Being Treated By Specialist Dr. Montecinos And When He Said We Are Going To Get Through This With No Pain…. Yeah Hard To Believe .? Yet Here I Am Smiling With A New Crown And When I Say This Was A Very Pleasant Experience With No Pain. I Have Dr. Montecinos To Thank For That. Thank You Summit Family Team! Yesterday, was my first visit at Summit Family Dental. From my start upon arrival I was greeted by a friendly receptionist who gave me a brief tour and a gift bag. By the end of my visit; I knew I found my new dental home, because of the professionalism and great care the dentist and care team provided me. The people who work at Summit Family Dental are exceptional.
Glad I found a (super) better dentist. First appointment they stuck me with a new hygienist who didn't even know how to pull Xrays and had to eventually acquire help from another assistant. Cleaning was supposed to be same-day but the Xrays took so long they had to schedule me for another appointment. Found out it's an office to groom new and practicing hygienists and doctors, so I bet some of these better reviews are from them. Heads up.
Felt like their $ is first and the patient is last. Felt like they could have cared less about what was important to me and what I could actually afford. I Did not feel welcomed or respected. They refused me antibiotics for infection even after seeing them for a consultation exam and getting X-rays done.
