Having your car break down is a bad thing. Having your car break down at midnight on a Sunday night after a wedding 65 miles from home is a really, really bad thing. Our Lincoln overheated (known issue for the generation, usually around 100-120k miles, and we were at 140+) last month when we were getting onto 470 to head home to Loveland. Having to make a quick decision, we checked shops near where we were at and found Town Center. Tommy Lee called me 6 minutes after they opened Monday morning. We discussed what I hoped it was (thermostat) and that he would let me know. He had the diagnosis done that afternoon and it was what I hoped it wasn't: the water pump went out. We discussed options and prices and I let him know Tuesday morning he could complete the repair. His price was reasonable, I did some reasearch with friends at their shops closer to home and he was in line with what I was finding. We had a complication afterwards, there was a seal that either should have been replaced or was replaced and was defective, causing an oil leak. Tommy let me find a shop closer to home and took care of the fix. I probably will not have the chance to get repairs done here again, however I can absolutely recommend Tommy Lee and Town Center Auto Repair for their knowledge and customer service.
