I have been with Twin Aspen for quite some time, even before they moved to the new location. I know, I'm in good hands with Dr. Richter, actually, my whole family goes there. The staff is super nice, and Leigha, Delaney and Wendy have been taking super care of me. (Those are just the three latest I can remember. Everyone was always very nice, professional and compassionate.) I always have a great experience! I highly recommend Twin Aspen for anyone looking for a professional and caring dental office!
I’ve been going for years now and would recommend them to everyone! The whole team is kind, efficient, and skilled. The front desk and management staff is efficient and I hardly ever wait. They have everything organized and make checkout clear and simple. All the hygienist are really skilled and are super responsive to my needs. They inform me of everything they’re doing and offer insight when appropriate. They are also really respectful of my time and never keep me waiting excessively or lie about how long something takes. Plus, they’re all pretty fun and I’m usually laughing with them over something! The Drs are fantastic! They too are super fun, but more importantly, they really do great work. I have never had to go back to have something corrected and trust that they will do things correctly. At other places I had work done that I kinda doubt needed to be done, never here. I trust them.
As a person that has an acquired phobia of the dentist office, this place is amazing! I have never met kinder people or felt more comfortable than the time I spent here. They truly understand people's fear of dental work and go out of their way to put you at ease. Lynelle, Alicia, and Dr. Snyder were all so fantastic that I almost felt I was sharing a martini with them and conversing the intricacies of life, I look forward to seeing all of them again soon.
They are always very kind and professional to deal with. Although tooth extractions & other visits are not necessarily fun they put me at ease and are very polite & courteous. Dr Richter and the team even went above and beyond with a gift card, pie from Rory’s Diner and a heartfelt card when my daughter passed away! They are the best!
It took me many dental offices before I found “the one” that offered what I was looking for after moving to CO. Twin Aspen has it all! Super friendly, knowledgeable staff, beautiful state of the art facility, flexible schedule that they can fit you in when you need something (unlike most places that make you wait months before an opening). I am so happy with this office, my whole family goes here and we’ve seen everyone here and they are all great! They treat you like family, make you feel at ease and do excellent work! I highly recommend Twin Aspen for the whole family.
