Barb and the staff at Two Step Total Transportation were wonderful to work with! Leading up to our wedding, Barb was super helpful in answering all our questions. On the day of our wedding, the drivers were professional, communicative, and prompt. We rented a larger bus for our guests and a smaller shuttle for the wedding party in the morning. Both forms of transportation were clean and comfortable! The Manor House recommended this company to us, and we’d certainly recommend it to anyone looking for professional and affordable transportation for their wedding!
I had a terrible experience trying to arrange transportation for my wedding party with Two Step Total Transportation. Barb, who I spoke to on the phone, was incredibly rude and unprofessional. She constantly interrupted me during our conversation, making it extremely difficult to communicate any details. I initially sent a detailed message through The Knot with all the information, but Barb insisted I call her instead, which took up even more of my time and ended up being a complete waste. She quoted me 3.5 hours of travel time for a wedding in Monument, CO that was only about two hours away from her company—ridiculous. The cherry on top? She ended the call with, “I’m the best limo service in Denver,” which honestly left me questioning how she could even say that with a straight face. Save your time and money—do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere. Also, don't trust her TheKnot reviews, she clearly has the negative reviews removed (mine was) and has fake postive ones. Sad to see.
Two Step Transportation was AMAZING!! We had two days of events with multiple trips and multiple buses of different sizes for a welcome party of 75 people to a wedding of 103 guests and they were phenomenal! The buses were safe, clean with seatbelts! They were on time, kind and professional! All our family and friends were impressed that we provided that touch to guarantee they have a fun and safe time partying leaving the driving to this extremely professional company! I coordinated everything with Barb and she was FANTASTIC! Even my mom who was in a wheelchair (not wheelchair bound) got on the bus and she stated she was comfortable regarding the cushion seats to the comfort ride! A very luxury bus! We highly recommend Barb and Two Step. From the beginning , Barb was friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and professional. She definitely knows her business and understands the needs of her clients. We had a wonderful experience working with her. She even came into the venue of our welcome party like your mother would do , to round up the last guests- including the hosts! She is wonderful!
We would highly recommend Two Step for bus rentals. We used them for our wedding in the mountains, which entailed driving 40 guests an hour each way, including up a narrow mountain road. They nailed the pickup and drop off times, and we got positive feedback from our guests. Coordinating with them was easy and the price was in line with what we expected. Great experience.
