Visited today with my newest addition, Bridget, for an exam. Front desk staff are great. The vet techs and veterinarian we met today were great as well. Low stress environment and beautiful decor in the exam rooms. Thanks for seeing us today and treating my newly adopted dog with such kindness. See you in 4 weeks for her booster vaccination.
We love it here!! You get the best care for your loved ones, of all the years coming here, I have not had a bad experience, they respect your decisions while still providing you with the best of care, they treat your pets as their own, my dogs get excited when we pull up, and our cats do as well, we recently took in our cat that is a bit aggressive due to a recent ailment, they were so kind and careful with him and got him eating again, this place is amazing!!!
I would NEVER recommend this Vet! Aside from their prices being outrageous, their care is careless. They completely misdiagnosed my cat and she passed away with what could have been treated had they paid closer attention. We also took our dog there after adopting her from a rescue. She had only been with us a few months and still had anxiety. The vet tech insisted on taking our dog in back for her exam. I have never been to a vet that doesn't do exams in the same room as the owner. It absolutely traumatized our dog. My daughter that was with me for the appointment was very upset about the experience as well. That was our last visit there. I would recommend Franktown Vet or PCAC as they are wonderful and take proper time for their patients.
Nice vet, love the separate entrance for cats. The exam rooms are like a mini version of my living room- comfortable chairs and pillows, a cat tree, carpet rug, a friendly environment for a cat. There’s no actual exam table and the vet/techs get on the ground with my kitty. I love it!
This is the first place I took my New dog when I first adopted her and they made me feel so comfortable. I switched to a different vet when I moved from Parker to Castle rock and after one visit there, they gave her an allergy medication And whenever I tried to give it refilled, it was like jumping through hoops. Need to stay stay I instantly switched back. As a newer pet parent making sure I’m comfortable and knowing people have my baby girls best interest at is most important. They are a little bit pricey, but for me, it’s worth a piece of mind. I signed up for the annual wellness program and that also gives me piece of mind. Somewhat of a shocking note every time we go into the vet she’s so excited because there’s a basket of toys that she gets to play with and I don’t think she realizes she’s actually at the vet.
