I so appreciate Jeff’s help and honest feedback. I recently took my car to Mountain States Toyota (do not recommend taking your car there) where I had a very negative service experience. Jeff took the time to explain what the issue was, showed me the problem, and helped me out on pricing. I had to have the water pump replaced again after taking it to Mountain States Toyota back in January of this year where the water pump was supposedly replaced by them. The service job I received from Mountain States Toyota looked like nothing had been replaced. I feel like he really took care of me and my car. I will be recommending him to others and taking my car back. Jeff has an upfront and honest business. It is so hard to find honest mechanics.
Worked with Waters for a second opinion on a dealership stating we need tens of thousands of dollars in repairs AFTER they already replaced the wrong part. Waters was nothing short of amazing in terms of communication, service, and everything in between. Would recommend these guys to anybody that wants an honest mechanic!
This is the best auto mechanic shop. I have many service vehicles and no job is too small or big for these mechanics. Love their business and how they tend offer options and solutions to every issue. They pulled my truck in every night for safe guarding. They were able to fix problems that several other shops could not fix. I will continue to use them for all my vehicle needs!
I brought in my 2018 WRX and ended up replacing my transmission with these guys. They told me it would be done in about 3 weeks and just about cut that time in half. I got a call and figured Geoff was going to update me on how my car was doing. He started the conversation with “are you ready to come pick up your car?” 10/10 would recommend to a friend for Subaru repairs. Geoff and the team know what they are doing when it comes to diagnosing and repairing vehicles. They are very committed to doing a good job in a timely fashion, and communicate with you throughout the whole process. There was no hidden fees at the end, in fact he gave me a bill that was $900 less than I expected to pay. If you have a Subaru that needs a repair, I highly recommend these guys.
Geoff and his team are simply the best! I have the utmost confidence and trust in Waters Auto Repair. They are courteous, professional and prompt. Weirdly, the costs for repairs are shocking…..in that they seem LESS EXPENSIVE than expected and delivered with quality! I highly recommend them.
