My tween daughter has sensory and OCD issues and gets VERY picky with her hair. We have gone to multiple hair dressers and she always ends in tears with the cut. We found Dakota and it’s like magic! Dakota listens, is gentle, calming, and does a fantastic job with her cut and style and there are NEVER any tears! My older teenage daughter started going to her as well and now gets cut and highlights and we all adore Dakota! I highly recommend her and this salon! The salon is gorgeous with very comfortable sinks to rest your head and yummy snacks! Couldn’t recommend Dakota and this salon enough!
Sofia has been a God-send for my curls. I’ve been coming here for months and always she’s left it healthier than before and perfectly styled each time. Sofia has also helped me manage my curls by recommending me products to use at home. I greatly appreciate her! Thank you Sofia! 😊

What could have been a bad experience was somewhat salvaged by my hair stylist. I asked for hair color you could not only see in certain lighting (I have black hair). Unfortunately the toner messed up. My hair came out the black I went in with. However she made time for me to come in the next day to fix it. While it is not EXACTLY what I was looking for, I am grateful she made the time and owned that it was not what I wanted. I have another appointment to see if she can fix it and can update once done. The vibe of the salon is very cool, the decorations are spot on and they keep offering water or drinks to you which is very customer service friendly. Hence the high rating. Also my hair stylist herself was extremely nice. Overall, I am willing to give the salon another shot. But for 300+ I would expect a better overall outcome. I do think the next session will be better and maybe they can offer a discount or some sort of courtesy. And yes- I did love my stylist, she was extremely kind and supportive. The picture I posted is a week after getting it done with inside lighting. You can see the color on the left and right sides of my head. So it did lighten after she scrubbed it which I am thankful for.
