From the moment I stepped into Woodhouse Spa, I knew I was in for a treat. I booked a massage, and it was nothing short of extraordinary. My therapist was incredibly professional and attentive, taking the time to understand my preferences. Had a great day at Woodhouse! Everyone was super attentive and welcoming. Kimberly gave me a great massage that really helped me relax- I would highly recommend her. Emma was super friendly and gave me a lot of pointers for my dry skin. I will be back and would recommend both of these ladies. :) thanks for a great day.
Front desk staff was lovely. Services were wonderful. 5 star for both of these. just a couple things kept from 5 stars the relaxation area there were moldy oranges, they just folded the blankets not replaced. Maybe that's a me problem but I think they should be washed when used. And all the bathrooms were Out of TP. I love this spa so much. But these things are important to me .

Every single person is there making sure you have a wonderful experience with a smile on your face. The locker room is clean, cute and relaxing and welcoming. As you change into your luxe robe the staff prepares your beverage and you wait in their AMAZING ADORABLE relaxation lounge. No matter the service you have booked, you are treated like royalty. Erin was fabulous for my hydrafacial! She explained things enough so I knew what was happening, but it was still quiet and relaxing! My face feels incredible after! The bed you lay on was amazingly comfortable! And the quiet room you wait in at the beginning and go back to at the end is so comfy and relaxing! Wish I could afford to go monthly!
