Reserved 45 minutes for a haircut and the barber started complaining 20 minutes in that it was taking too long and we needed to wrap it up. Asked for styling tips and was given no help. Haircut dried and it looks embarrassing. Should've saved my money and went to Great Clips

I brought my 5-year-old son in for a haircut, and the experience was incredibly disappointing. From the moment we arrived, the stylist was unwelcoming and unfriendly. When I showed her inspiration pictures, she dismissed them completely. She had no interest in offering any suggestions or alternatives. The haircut itself was fine, but the stylist’s demeanor and lack of engagement made the entire experience unpleasant. If a salon chooses to offer kids' haircuts, they should make sure their stylists create a friendly and inviting environment. This visit was very off-putting, and we won’t be returning.
